Who we are
VO2 Sport Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17298294, with a registered office at 167‑169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
Data we collect
We collect only the information you provide in the enquiry form: full name, company or organisation, role or title, email address, country where given, the nature of your enquiry and your message. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP address, for security and rate limiting.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR to respond to business enquiries addressed to us, and on consent under Article 6(1)(a) where you choose to allow us to retain your details beyond the immediate response.
How we use the data
Enquiry details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry, to route it to the correct person, and to maintain a record of commercial correspondence. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from the date of the last contact, unless a commercial relationship is established, in which case records are retained for the duration of that relationship and for six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Processors
Enquiry messages are transmitted by an email delivery provider acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and sets no non-essential cookies. For that reason no cookie consent banner is displayed.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
